A textural artwork painted on the walls of Westfield Kotara's rooftop precinct on level 3, adding a vibrancy which was commissioned by Scentre Group.
The mural is inspired mostly by the natural landscape of surrounding environments. Instead of viewing the landscape as a whole, I take note of what is closer to the surface. Marks hidden within Eucalyptus bark, patterns discovered within leaves or fronds, the repetition of water rushing over stones alongside the various colours one discovers when completely immersing themselves in an environment.
