A timeless artwork towering over Maroochydore showing two elements: a silhouette of a bushwalker honouring the early pioneers of the area, and a scene of a woman (the artist's friend) standing in front of an old 1920s Queenslander home. The home is still intact, enduring time and surrounding development while a deep blue tropical sky blankets over.
The artwork was commissioned by developer Brendan Bryant, who is also the owner of the house pictured which at the time had a broken window but is now repaired. The remaining Queenslander home can be found within the Maroochydore CBD.
