Home Is Where the Habitat Is

The Haig Park Nature Activation tells the story of connection between Canberrans and native animals and our collective commitment to protecting these species today and into the future.

This public art installation was co-designed with the community, who voted for their dearest species. The artists hope that this becomes a space for people to gather, to strengthen these connections and to challenge the traditional perspectives of our era that divide animals and humans.
