Wall to Wall Festival was founded in Benalla, Victoria in March 2015 by street art collective Juddy Roller, led by Shaun Hossack, making it Victoria's first regional street art festival. The inaugural edition transformed 13 walls across the small city over a single weekend, funded by local residents and businesses. The festival ran annually in Benalla from 2015 to 2019, creating a gallery of more than 80 murals. After a COVID-19 hiatus, it returned in April 2024 with events in both Murray Bridge, South Australia and Mordi Village in Mordialloc, Melbourne, and continues to maintain its momentum in new frontiers.
The original festival in Benalla continues under new direction as the Benalla Street Art Festival.
