A long abstract artwork boasting two corners of Grant Park, inspired by the vibrant community of Burwood and its surrounding environment.
This abstract mural portrays the vibrant diversity in the community, along with depicting a variety of visual elements gathered from the surrounding environments. When people walk past this mural I want them to see new found hidden images and stories in the abstracted gestural marks of colour. Additionally I wanted the work to bring life and joy to people whenever they see it.
Funded through the Community Sports Infrastructure Grant from Sports Australia, this artwork provides wayfinding to local facilities within the Enfield Sporting and Recreation Precinct.
