Commissioned by the Hong Kong Government to beautify the streetscape on the 9 pillars of the Connaught Road flyover, celebrating the many forms of public transport in the city and when they were established. The milestones include:

• The official opening of The Peak Tram in Hong Kong in 1888,
• The establishment of the Star Ferry company in 1898,
• The commissioning of Hong Kong's tram system in 1904, and
• The franchising of Hong Kong's bus services in 1933.

There is also a truck lorry at the easternmost pillar.
