Inspired by Wong Kar Wai's movie "In the Mood for Love", it uses pastel colours and simple light and shadow to create the romantic feeling of 60's Hong Kong. The background are traditional tenement buildings and shops, echoing the historic shops in Sai Ying Pun nearby. In the foreground as two girls in cheongsam, various plants and an opened bird cage, which continues the story of the mural at the reception.
