The crowned winner of Royal Prince Alfred Hospital's mural competition, painted on the main wall of the Institute of Academic Surgery. These fairy wrens are placed unto surgical equipment and irises and softens the fear of surgery. The wrens, also increasingly cited around the RPA campus also reflected the colour of staff uniforms.
