Oatley Clock Wall

The mural marks 35 years after the Oatley Town Clock was first unveiled in 1983. A tribute to the suburb's namesake, the clock and water maker James Oatley. Completed for the Oatley Village Festival. Stencilled unto a wall to combat graffiti, completed by Council staff and community volunteers.
