Sitting disused for 14 years, the former PCYC building in Turner was painted by both veteran and up and coming Canberran street artists to celebrate the pioneers of the local street art and graffiti scene. The project was led by Dai Cameron and Sancho's Dirty Laundry and painted over six weekends. The artworks feature many different elements such as portraits of Stasia Dabrowski, Raiders player Josh Papalii, and many different cartoon characters. A demountable that stands atop the building was painted to look like a train.
