Beneath New Bridge Road at Clarke Quay is a tunnel of two 45-metre long artworks which represent the history of Singapore, which was commissioned by Singapore River One and Social Creatives. The artwork is a combination of several murals painted by over 100 different artists. The river is like a moving vessel in time. A source of food and life, poets take inspiration, artists find their muse. The mural trails into endless beginnings. To a colonial era of trail and currently a bustling port for commerce. An invitation to look back at Singapore's water story spanning two centuries.
